Meet Erich Ingram

The owner walks your bathroom, quotes it, and is on the job from demo to the final wipe down.

About

South Georgia, framing houses, then a bathroom.

Erich Ingram started framing houses out of high school in south Georgia. He spent years travelling the country building indoor baseball training facilities, which is a strange line on a resume and a very good education in doing large work fast and square.

Then he took a remodeling job, and that was that. He liked working inside, out of the rain. He liked that a bathroom you dread walking into can become one you want to walk into. Mostly he liked being in control of a job from the first measurement to the last wipe down, which is not something you get framing tract houses.

Briarcliff Remodeling has been serving metro Atlanta since 2020. The name comes from the Briarcliff corridor, where a lot of this work happens. One of our favourite projects is a bathroom about a mile off Briarcliff Road.

In that time there has been exactly one warranty callback. He fixed it.

How it works

The owner runs your job. Every day, start to finish.

Most remodeling companies sell you on the salesman and send you a crew. You meet a nice person in a clean shirt, sign a contract, and then strangers show up at seven in the morning for three weeks and you never see that first guy again.

Erich walks your bathroom, quotes your job, and is on it from demo to the final wipe down. He sets the tile and the waterproofing himself, because that is the part that has to be right and it is the part he is best at. When you have a question at day nine, you ask the owner, and he is standing in your bathroom.

It means fewer jobs at a time. It also means nothing gets lost between the person who promised it and the person who built it.

Process

From your first call to the last wipe down.

01

You call or text.

Tell us what you are thinking. If it is small and you can send a photo, you can often get a ballpark right there.

02

He comes out.

Erich walks the space with you, asks what you are picturing, and shows you photos of similar work. If you want help choosing materials, he will meet you at Floor and Decor and walk the aisles with you. You are the one who has to look at it every day.

03

You get a real quote.

Line by line, labour and materials separated, usually same day or next.

04

Work begins.

Half the labour up front, materials handled whichever way is easiest for you. You get a start date and a finish date, not a maybe.

05

You are happy, then you pay the rest.

The balance is due when the job is done and you are completely satisfied. Not before.

Standards

Built the way it should be built in 2026.

We build with Schluter and Wedi waterproofing systems behind every surface that will ever meet water. It costs more in material and considerably more in care. It is also the entire difference between a bathroom that looks good on day one and a bathroom that is still sound in fifteen years.
