We take a bathroom down to the studs, rebuild the substrate, waterproof it to current standard, and tile it so the lines are straight and the transitions land where they should. Then you get it back, on the day we said.

Almost every bathroom that fails, fails at the waterproofing. By the time it shows up as a stain on the ceiling below, the repair is not a bathroom. It is a bathroom plus a ceiling plus whatever the water found on the way down.
We build with Schluter and Wedi systems behind every surface that will ever meet water. Wedi is a foam board that costs meaningfully more than cement board and almost no volume remodeler buys it. You can look both brands up, and you can ask any other contractor what they use.

What a full remodel includes
Demolition and haul-off
Down to the studs and subfloor. We find out what is actually behind the wall before we quote the finish work, not after.
Substrate and waterproofing
Schluter or Wedi, pre-sloped pans, bonded flange drains, and cement board where it belongs.
Tile
Large format up to two by four foot slab, mosaic, hex, herringbone, patterned. Leveling clips on every tile so there is not one lippage edge to catch a toe.
Fixtures and glass
Vanities, tubs, rainheads, body sprays, framed and frameless glass, niches sized to the bottles you actually own.
Electrical and lighting
Fans, recessed cans, sconces, LED mirrors, and enough outlets that nobody unplugs the dryer to charge a toothbrush.
Final finish
Paint, trim, hardware, caulk lines, and a wipe down. You walk in to a finished room, not a punch list.

How much does a bathroom remodel cost in Atlanta?
Most full bathroom remodels run $20,000 to $35,000 depending on size, tile, and fixtures. Smaller bathrooms start around $15,000. A recent Tucker bath and shower, demoed to the studs and rebuilt, came in at $15,000. A Brookhaven custom build with slab walls and a floating vanity was $35,000.
How long will my bathroom be out of service?
A smaller full bath takes about a week. A large custom build runs three to four weeks. You get a start date and a finish date in writing, not a range.
What waterproofing do you use?
Schluter and Wedi systems behind every surface that will ever meet water. Most bathrooms in Atlanta are still built on green board, which is why they fail at year eight, behind the tile where nobody can see it coming.
Do I have to pay for the estimate?
A detailed in-person estimate is $75, or $150 for larger and more complex projects. If you hire us, that fee comes off your invoice. It is a working estimate, not a consultation charge.
Can you match tile I already have?
Often, yes. If the original tile is still made, or there is a close enough match, we can blend new into old so a repair does not announce itself. On a Buckhead condo we rebuilt the whole wet area and tied it into the existing tile.

Erich Ingram walks your bathroom, quotes it, and is on the job from demo to the final wipe down. He sets the tile and the waterproofing himself.
